To initiate a return, customers are required to record a 📹 video during the 📦 unboxing or unpacking process and share it with our support team. This video is essential for verifying the issue and passing feedback to the respective seller.

All return and replacement requests are subject to approval from the third-party merchant. Once accepted, the product may be retrieved, and a credit or refund issued equivalent to its value. This credit can be applied towards future purchases on our website.
