• Return, Refund & Exchange: As per the Website’s policy.
• Shipping: As per the Website’s Shipping Policy.

The Platform shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Buyer’s remedy is limited to seeking a refund from the seller, while sellers are bound by the E-Commerce Services Agreement.

• Nothing in this Agreement creates a partnership or agency relationship.
• If any clause is found unenforceable, the rest remain valid.

• Disputes will first be resolved through informal negotiations.
• If unresolved within 15 days, arbitration will be conducted in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, as per the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
• The courts of Noida, Uttar Pradesh, shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
